1. Zero Review Manipulation & No AI Rewriting

Every customer review displayed on this website is quoted verbatim from an identified, authorized third-party profile or direct customer submission. Sapper HVAC strictly prohibits:

• Rewriting customer reviews with AI or editorial filtering.
• Hiding or omitting legitimate negative customer feedback.
• Compensating or incentivizing customers to post artificially positive reviews.
• Fabricating fake customer testimonials, star ratings, or installation dates.

2. Platform Compliance & Attribution

We honor the specific developer policies, copyright terms, and display limitations of every third-party platform:

• Google Business Profile: Integrated via verified Google OAuth protocols. Attribution and direct links to original reviews on Google Maps are preserved.
• Thumbtack: Displaying verified customer review excerpts and background-check credentials under Thumbtack Pro terms.
• LocateFaith: Directly synchronized public directory feedback with full owner response attribution.
• Yelp: Maintained as a link-only profile card to respect Yelp's commercial content licensing guidelines. Full reviews are accessible directly on Yelp Chandler.

3. Scheduled Weekly Review Updates

The Sapper HVAC Reviews hub synchronizes new and updated reviews every Monday at 7:00 AM America/Phoenix (MST). The update pipeline verifies:

• Deduplication across platforms using source-specific IDs.
• Authentic reviewer names, posting timestamps, and star ratings.
• Verification that external review URLs remain live and unbroken.
• Generation of a weekly administrator audit log.

4. Structured Data / Schema Integrity

In compliance with Google Search Central guidelines, Sapper HVAC does NOT attach self-serving Review or AggregateRating structured data to its LocalBusiness entity in attempts to generate misleading review rich snippets. Third-party ratings are shown transparently with accurate attribution.
