In the U.S. Army, a "Sapper" is an elite combat engineer trained to clear the way, breach obstacles, and build vital infrastructure under challenging conditions. Kevin Harper named the company Sapper HVAC to reflect those same principles: clearing away dishonest contractor sales games, fixing real heating and cooling problems, and building long-lasting comfort solutions for Phoenix families.
Sapper HVAC is headquartered at 6505 W Frye Rd, Suite 21 & 22, Chandler, AZ 85226. Together with master technician Sunny Bert, who brings more than three decades of HVAC field expertise, the team provides 30+ years of combined experience across residential replacements, inverter heat pumps, garage mini-splits, and duct redesign.
